Pacific Pines

Pacific Pines is a family focused, Stockland planned residential community and is nestled amongst 68ha of green space that ranges from manicured parks and recreational areas to natural bushland. Gently undulating terrain gives a great selection of views from coastline to the quiet natural beauty of national forest.

Pacific Pines offers a convenient and relaxed lifestyle. This relatively new suburb is an ideal location for both work and play being only 80kms from Brisbane and a short 15kms from the Broadwater and Gold Coast surf beaches.

The retail heart of this community is the Pacific Pines town centre with the family friendly Tavern Cut ‘N’ Grind Café and essential services such as Woolworths, Medical Centre and Chemist that cater to local’s everyday needs. There are many more convenience stores and include a 7-11 Service Station and Zarraffa’s Drive through Coffee.  It is also located close to two of the Gold Coast’s famous theme parks; Movie World and Wet ‘n’ Wild, with Dreamworld only a short drive away.

Originally part of Gaven, Pacific Pines, became a separate suburb in 2003. Its neighbouring suburbs are Gaven, Oxenford, Maudsland, Helensvale and Arundel.

At Pacific Pines, you need only take a short stroll to find a great past time, be it energetic or leisurely. Leisure facilities include:

Central Park – Located on Pacific Pines Boulevard.

This massive park is a favourite amongst northern Gold Coast residents. Weaving around a central lake, this is the perfect park for a stroll, or a play. There are great picnic areas adjoining the playgrounds, with many undercover tables perfect for your next get together or party. Barbeques, drinking fountains and an amenity building also make this a great park for families. This park is also home to outdoor fitness equipment, a fantastic free option for residents to get active!  There is also a large sports field, as well as a full-sized cricket field. You can find it all at Pacific Pines Central Park – ring a friend, pack a picnic and enjoy this great location!

Transport

A local bus runs through Pacific Pines hourly to take you to Helensvale where you can transit to any part of the Gold Coast. Helensvale train station is also only a five-minute drive. There is easy access to the M1 Motorway for those looking to travel to Brisbane or Coolangatta. The Gold Coast City Marina is located nearby in Coomera with 200 water berths and everything needed for boating available.

The Gold Coast Light Rail is an excellent addition to the Gold Coast transport system giving access from Helensvale to Broadbeach with future expansion expected.
